The Royalty rate (high teens) is unfortunately the best case.
"High single digits" is the base royalty. Max royalty is "slightly more than double the base royalty" which, taken together, I assume means max royalty is around 20%.
On the other hand the 30% if my quick read of the 8-k is right would be in addition to (lower) royalty.
The 30% figure applies to FoBs 3-6 and would take the place of the royalty as it would be a cost-profit share.

We'll likely know more tomorrow from the call, however IMHO, its likely safe to say the higher royalty rate is the Interchangeability Clause of the deal.
