Yep. At first blush, I'm not entirely thrilled with this deal. I'll wait until I hear the CC tomorrow, wait for DD's input, and think about this some more first. I was expecting a larger up-front and something along the lines of a profit split for all of the FoB candidates though.

To give some credit, it seems that the max royalty on the first two FoBs will be in the 16-18% range (double the high single-digit base rate) I'm guessing and it sounds like if MNTA partakes in development of the additional 4 FoBs, cost/profit share can be up to 30%.
