Being a former tauist I still like to see more research done on Tau, and my guess is the Gladstone team is pursuing a tau reducing therapy (different approach than TauRx's tau anti-aggregation reagent or Noscira's tau phosphorylation inhibitor), perhaps via RNA interference or reagent.
