only part of what you say is true, they only have four employees plus scott, they are reporting some profits, they say they have a new place in india with outsourced employees that number i think they said is 6, no, they wont release the address in india, but i know the following to be true: if you only owned around 8 million shares in the last week and you knew how to trade in the land of pinks today you should own well over 11 million, any body can do it, you can too.

I certainly see your points and I can't say with 100% certainty that this is any different...but I have called myself and verified 2 paying clients...going to make a walk in visit to one in a day or 2 ... and this stock was .0002 or so over a year ago,,,and the price still hasn't collapsed back down there...in fact look a the weekly chart..you'll see it has bounced off a .0009 or so bottom twice now http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SEEK&p=W&b=5&g=0&id=p68498385053 ....most do collapse...and I'll tell you it rarely takes over a year to get back down to where it all started...so there are a few things here that do look like this one could be different..It will take quite a while longer to play out if this is a developing company..but being that there is no dilution for past 5 or 6 months...that in itself is huge ...worth the gamble..

Where do you GET FOUR EMPLOYEES, i have personally spoken to Scott on MANY occasions and they have more than that with a large center in india getting ready for expansion. Marketing campaign launching in 2 weeks, hey guy, you don't know what you are talking about. Please state facts accurately.

January 3rd is launch, "we say beta" because we will not market it until we have fixed all small issues. Once it is fully tested, which could be right away or a few days we will fully launch marketing campaign,

1. Employees, we have 5 at our physical location, and six outsourced, India, and are expanding on both fronts, we are activiely looking for new sales guys and in the mix of a new deal on outsourcing deal for more people, our group in india will be expanded dramatically over the next 30-60 days. The facility is VERY LARGE so there is a great deal of room

2.Share buyback is to fix capital structure, we would gladly buy shares back at .002 or .003, it all depends on cash flow, not the current PPS, we would enter sooner if it dropped in the 000s as that would be in the company's best interest, we put plan in place throughout the year to get in there and buy shares back from our cash flow IRRESPPECTIVE of price. WE are putting plan that will spend capital on a monthly basis buying back shares and retiring them througout all next year.

3.Financials are essentially audited now, but from a third party standpoint, they will start working on numbers after Christmas, two - three weeks, we will be substantially sooner than any other OTC company. Other companies can extend reporting to almost 100 days after quarters end, we will file them within around FOURTY FIVE DAYS.

Putting feelers out there now in terms of bulletin board and long term investors.

No DILUTION. PERIOD! Main guys are holding debt until at least mid january, they are looking forward to new site and potential growth from it! We will continue to pay down debt.
