ENKG why is it still trading , running on borrowed time imo ...

What has changed from July is they had to withdraw their previous filing and yet to date NO required reports have been filed ...

How long will it take until investors wake up one morning and find out that the company has been temporarily suspended for failure to file necessary reports and then end up being on the grey sheets?

And receive a notice like the following ...

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the Company due to a lack of current and accurate information about the company because it failed to file certain periodic reports with the Commission.

ENKG if anyone is bound to play it just make sure you are covering yourself by taking profits ...

That way if ENKG gets a suspension because of failure to file the necessary reports then you will at least be covered somewhat ...
