GPG: I keep reading that post and get the sense that we have been way off the mark about that "merger of equals" requirement. If $6 bil in NOL's will still be available even if there is a change in control....well, we could be setting ourselves up to be acquored by a bigger very profitable fish who might have a use for all those NOL's in the near term.

Just speculating.
