I never understood why both China Gate and Mr. Chang each represented and covenants that at

We didn't pay China Gate to lease us land we only paid them to give us a sub license...Right

Is it because VGE only has this particular 10 year lease that Chang was able to sublet a bunch of acerage and part of the UNUSED FACTORY recently?

So far no 5 acre test plots exist to my knowledge... one RUBA seemed to have never happened and the new one is still a pipe dream until we hear otherwise.

Notice Dr.K seems to have pulled back from his Verbal statement that Seema made a down payment.

Doesn't a down payment make it a contract and not just a MOU?

IT'S A LICENSE AGREEMENT.....with NO TERMS it's useless!

They should have just bought SEEDLINGS! That's why everyone just wants seedlings. If you sell seedlings, then that's a money for product transaction.

If you are selling licensing agreements, then the first question would be........FOR HOW LONG?

VGE is trying to sell what they do not possess. The agreement with China Gate doesn't provide for VGE/IPA to sub license or even assign their license. It allows them to sell grass and/or seedlings, and that's it!
