the *rumors* always were .. that the canadian side hired
the trolls to *trash for cash* via various stk msg boards
and that the us based entity used their certs to *ensure* outcomes

again i go back to 2007 .. with hindsight a whole sequence of events
came together to create the perfect storm on the poorly watched OTC

with the Sec *compliant* and looking the other way ..

it's downright amazing *any* co. on the OTC successfully transitioned over the past 4 years ..
