I don't see any real asset here. There is no operating business. I've been here for 13 months since they went non reporting and in that time there has been just the label code $300 and 1 PR that went in limited release.

Neither one required any action by the company. A Third party could have done them. Same with the Free Go-daddy website.

I don't see anything that shows any Dalton involvement.
