I'm saying there are NO criminal charges. It is MY belief that if the justice dept. were going to pursue a criminal fraud case that they would have used the info gathered by the SEC and proceeded criminally rather than the SEC proceeding civilly. I think it ends with a settlement with the SEC. Time will tell, but that's what I believe will happen. JMO
