Just my 2 cents worth this morning but it causes for speculation which I don't like but it is what it is and makes the most amount of sense to me. Mind you this is JMHO as I know nothing of fact.

Fuentes owned the website for the store according to all that I have read. Hindsite always being 20/20, I'm sure that the company had wished that it wasn't left that way especially knowing that someting was going down.

When things go down there are normally a lot of things that have been overlooked during the process and have to be cleaned up. With that said Fuentes would be the only person who would be able to control the contents of that website so I feel confident that Mr. Roth did not do this. Probably a spiteful move by Fuentes since he didn't get his way however creating another store isn't that difficult and should have been up and running by now.

With that said, having no shopping cart after having one is not a good thing for anyone - the company, buyers or investors or for that fact anyone who may be looking at a possible buyout.

With all that said, and it could just be my issue, but at this time I can't even draw up the company website at all. That causes me some concern this morning. I hope it's just me and my computer but I'm able to bring up everything else I try to connect to!!

Something must be going on as I tried to get into the website through YAHOO Finance and the page comes up blank. If they were working on it normally it would say something to that effect. Could it be that they are ready to bring the new site on line?

Anyone have any ideas?

No. It says "Down for maintenance. The site is closed down." Contradictory I agree. I think we're toast anyway.

Its Fuentes sending a message. Roth needs to take the dump or close this down one or the other
