we are not even sure if the JV option is still in force with Lucky the contract was not with Lucky but KATX right now KATX does not own Lucy BVIG has not announced any JV option contract with VALE or filed any 8k everything is "top secret" with KATX we do not even know what we get for loosing all the assets out of KATX that's how secret KATX is
If they do not drill they get zero as a percentage of Luckies.
Yes we do not know they have drilled, the locations, depths, angles, assay results but we know to fulfill their part of the contract they must. If they are interested truly interested they must. They originally encircled the Luckies with overwhelming claims - they are interested!
My opinion they have started at least shallow drilling.
I believe we will hear about a deal before we hear anything regarding Vales results.
