You are exactly right. There are great things ahead, in my opinion. But we can't and shouldn't know the details until after the fact. Last week Tracy said- in response to my inquiries- (a little more feisty than usual, I think, because there is real activity going on that she won't and can't reveal).-
The Company’s management has a plan that is built around the concept of increasing shareholder value based on land positions and exploration potential. The situation is far more complex than you know or that Briscoe wants to get into at this juncture. Did you not get the part about negotiations in our last news release? Alaska mineral rights laws are such that your underlying assumption is an oversimplification of a situation you do not have enough information about . When a final decision is made, we will announce it to everyone at once.

So perhaps I shouldn't have inquired in the first place. But curiosity is natural. However, the response is significant, nonetheless. The fact that she links it to a NR suggests this is not simple boilerplate BS. This, coupled with the immense importance of the SRK report, does indicate that real and serious negotiations are in progress. I believe it is not a slogan to say that much is going on behind the scenes. Over the weekend there has been much speculation as to what is going on. It is great to speculate, just like I think it is okay to inquire. But the truth is, we are are so far removed from what is happening with the company, that we really don't have a clue. But I believe the truth is even better than what we suspect. We should hear the results before long. And even if it takes a little longer, the "announcement made to everyone at once" will be well worth the wait.
