reality is reality and JB needs to also think of his share holders. Hopefuly it all works out for everyone, but again he owes his share holders the best deal.
what's "not classy" about paying off a loan? i get the impression you don't understand the terms. if we pay it off, no shares are owed. this has nothing to do with friendship.
and, by the way, if RT's friendship with JB was the salient issue, HDI would have offered us $50M over 1 year with a 50/50 split, right? ;-)
