Are you serious? We won't get taken seriously by the professional mining investors or institutional investors with a SS this big.

Nor would we be able to uplist to the AMEX if we had to keep $5 a share with 630M+ outstanding shares. NAK ran to $22 with 93 million OS, can you imagine drilling Big Chunk with a similiar share structure? And imagine this happening at the same time that the money started coming back into explorers! That's the trifecta I'm looking for: a nice SS, money moving into explorers with higher metal prices, and drilling at Big Chunk--all at the same time.

Now is a great time for LBSR to be wallowing in the mud, hell even the big explorers with billions in proven reserves are trading ridiculously low. This situation will correct itself eventually, and I'd rather LBSR already have its RS behind it when it happens.

If you're long this company, wouldn't you want it to have a valid SS and to "drain the swamp" (ie: get rid of the huge flipper float) as xzx says?

I think the best time for them to do the RS is before anything big happens--I'd rather see it split, watch the weak hands dump it after the RS like they always do, then be able to buy back in with a young, tight SS before the drilling starts.

Then it's gonna be time to cowboy up, cause this stock will buck hard on its way to the moon

Not gonna happen until they have significant drill cores to uplist with institutional backing, year away minimum. More likely I see a couple NEWCO's forming and the LBSR holding company distributing shares in the long run.
