Yeah, I's like my divi shares to have value, but not if it will make my SDVI less valuable. If I have to wait for a GRAFF EU IPO for them to have value, then so be it.
The buyback would have had to happen over the past months of silence imo. If they are expected to buyback to make the convertors whole NOW, SDVI would need to use 4 times the revenue to buy the same shares they could have been sub .001.
According to the fin update in July, there should be a few $100K floating around somewhere imo. Where is it???
