My vote is for a merger into graffiti on the bulletin board. Why would there need to be a vote if Ken is the Majority holder anyway? Couldn't he just push button and get it done quicker than everyone voting.
My concern is that we will own an insignificant part of a private company and never be able to get liquid.
That's the million dollar question. Should converters be made whole and issued additional shares while anyone who decided not to convert and held on to their sdvi shares and watched them erode get nothing.
