"Liberty Star will grant Sagebrush the irrevocable option to Newco all of its North Pipes Super Project (NPSP) uranium properties. In the event that the Reorganization and Private Placement of Newco are not achieved by Sagebrush on or before December 31, 2011Liberty Star's obligations will terminate at Liberty Star's discretion and Liberty Star will have the full right to retain its Uranium Properties."
I see lilpup answered your question about when but I was wondering what happened in the past year that made you think this would get dissolved. SAGE is certainly not very meek in acquiring things they want and then publicizing it. I know everyone is rightfully excited about Big Chunk, but I still hope for some good news on NPSP and Newco in the next 11 days to start things off on actual drilling somewhere. (One of the best books I've read on energy for the future said that while other sources like wind would eventually become more important, we'd need nuclear for at least 20 years; and I am not sure the Japan events changed that.)
good luck with your dip. if the deal dissolves by the 31st, so what? our stock will rally, because sage is hardly relevant in the scheme of things. jmho.
SRK's report for BCSP is the game-changer. that will set the tone for any negotiations from here forward.
