The shares were never retired. Graffiti holds them as an asset. 300 million if I remember correctly. Simply giving the converted shares back would not affect current SS as they are already in the current OS.

The whole merge SDVI into graffiti thing and list on ob under current cusip sounds good. Curious as to if this is still trying to happen.
