So the Graffiti site is promoting SDVI and Signature Devices but Graffiti is a Wyoming Corp, not a Nevada Corp? Is Graffiti owned by us or not and if not, why does the Graffiti site highlight the SDVI ticker? If Graffiti site is promoting SDVI, then SDVI should claim the RR revenue from 2011? Taking a vote to merge two companies that are supposed to be operating separately, should Graffiti get their own ticker through stated IPO in turn, taking care of those who converted and eliminating the need for said vote?

These are questions, not statements. Consider me confused.
