There is only one way to run a company, public or private imo.
I'll take a share structure to start. Q3 numbers including posted Graffiti revenue and net. Attorney letter to OTCMarkets.com to upgrade to "current Info". Clarity on how the company will be structured and why Graffiti is a Wyoming corp. Why Nevada SOS has Signature Devices listed an expired late filer. When will we be voting on a merging of the two. How will the convertors be made whole for their $$$'s spent on the Graffiti spinoff and in what way (Bring shares back to SDVI or compensate them with cash on hand considering dollar value conversion? :-)
The above listed is about a days worth of work for me. Actually a half day but I'll gift them a long lunch. Just saying.
