A blast from the past from our NicoBoy aka RJ Bucaria. No fluff, just print as it was written. Everyone blamed each other for the failures in the end imo(Like Congress).
Point being, after reading all these posts, were you as a converter of shares, pretty sure you would get an IPO or not? None of these posts included a "forward looking statement" clause so????? Unless I missed a disclaimer or disclosure somewhere, If you made a trading decision based on the projections set forth in any posts that follow?????
The last post below is telling. It seems that someone from SDVI may have asked Nicoboy to stop posting on Ihub. Probably good advice.
And people wonder why I DO NOT recommend CEO's or directors post on IHUB. Hello?? lol

Sorry for the long delay in response, it took me this long to convince the Ihub Mods that I am who I say I am lol. In answer to your questions yes, the investor felt based on what we presented them that the IPO price would be higher than the $3.66 USD that they spent to get their shares. And your right, I can't give any kind of guarantee regarding the IPO price but apparently those with money to spend are feeling good about spending it with Graffiti. Have a great day guys, hope to see some green on this ticker by 4pm today!

I appreciate the frustration with having to wait and I'm sure the bigger frustration in not having internal deal flow information that indicates progress to keep your spirits up. But in all honesty, I'd rather have all of you roasting my butt on this forum every day and take the time needed to do the deal right then try to rush through it and risk damaging or worse losing the deal.
In the end, and this is to all of you, you will either trust that we know what we are doing and will deliver what we say we will which should make holding your shares (or God forbid buying more at a higher price) a non-starter, or you don't think we know what we are doing and you should re-evaluate your portfolio's holdings. Business is business, we will still be friends either way.
Ok, time for some time with the family, have a great night SDVI. Thanks for being shareholders!
nicoboy Friday, March 18, 2011 9:04:54 PM Re: None Post # of 51407 Sorry for the delay in response guys, some of us were working today! F2D, sorry my friend but you are incorrect on your guess, keep trying! I also noticed some stuff about the credit line, and while I know that some of you will complain that this is not a PR on marketwire I figured it is the fastest way to address the question;
The equity line has not gone anywhere. Stepping Stone Equity was a consultant to Equity Partners Fund SPC on the deal between our two firms. In addition, Stepping Stone is also a deal flow marketing partner for Equity Partners which is why every deal done by Equity Partners has been listed on their site. I can't comment on why the Graffiti deal is no longer listed on their site as I have not discussed it with Stepping Stone. My assumption would be that they simply have more recent deals to promote and limited space on their site to do so.
nicoboy Wednesday, March 30, 2011 11:10:23 AM Re: haroldmb48 post# 40968 Post # of 51407 Hi Harold,
Shame, I was looking forward to hearing the other descriptors you have for me with you sitting in front of me, but guess I won't be able to enjoy that conversation...
With regard to your post, I do try to stay on top of this board and the comments of shareholders as best as I can. I also understand the frustration that has been expressed regarding the perceived lack of information that you guys want. Believe me when I tell you that it frustrates me just as much not to be able to talk about some of the things we are doing. Remember, if you look at my background I come from the private sector and worse than that, I am in entertainment where bragging about what you are doing is the name of the game!
But the fact of the matter is that the information you are all constantly asking about is not always information that we can provide. You want to know the name of the big acquisition and status of the deal, great, I'll tell you, then 3 other potential buyers who have more money behind them come in and put in offers that take the deal out of our financial capabilities and we lose it, but hey at least you know who it was right?
I also know that you guys are clamoring for IPO info and while that is entirely Ken's domain a lot of the same reasons regarding release of information would apply. The timing and release of information must be coordinated with not only the completion of the business tasks associated with the IPO but also with underwriters, institutional investors and other parties that are going to be key to the overall success of said IPO...unless that is that your personally prepared to buy a few million dollars worth of stock....
I'll close by saying again, I appreciate the frustration and we do everything we can every single day to move things along so that we can release information to you in the hope of not only positively impacting the SDVI PPS but also generating positive attention to the company and its plans as a whole.
nicoboy Wednesday, March 30, 2011 12:17:18 PM Re: Abondanceinvest post# 40979 Post # of 51407 Hi Abon,
That one truly is a Ken question sorry. As for your question regarding Shoutcrowd, yes that deal is still alive. Agreements have been basically worked out just waiting for a few last items to get resolved and we can wrap that one up.
Not sure what the Mikrotone reference was but you are correct they are dead as a door knob, glad we got rid of that when we did!
nicoboy Wednesday, June 22, 2011 10:22:19 PM Re: Somatochlora post# 46738 Post # of 51407 Sorry there chief but that comment is just a straight up lie. I'm sure that I will wake up to an email from Ken's lawyer threatening me for posting something related to SDVI on a public message board so I will start by saying I will not comment what so ever on the situation that has occurred between Ken and I or respond to any communications in response to this post, nor will I discuss any confidential information but I'm done allowing my name to be pulled through the mud and intend to put an immediate end to it here and now.
Please feel free to contact any one of the companies that I did an LOI with. They will be more than happy to confirm that not only were the LOI's completely legit, but in most cases the full long form agreements had been negotiated, drafted and were ready to be signed. Only 1 thing prevented them from closing, financing, which it was not my job to secure. And even though that was the case, I still negotiated and secured a 360m EURO line of credit (feel free to contact Equity Partners Fund on that one) to pay for every single deal that I brought to the table, all it required was the company to be listed onto the Frankfurt.
Believe me when I say that no one is more pissed off at this situation then I am but in the end I'm glad to be back in control of my own destiny knowing that I won't be left out to dry when others can't deliver.
All that being said, I'm glad that I had the chance to get to know some of you both via this board and through FB. My time with 7th Level/SDVI/Graffiti was certainly educational which is always the point of any worthwhile endeavor. I wish all of you the very best of luck here with SDVI and Graffiti.
