investors in cogito will not do so at .0001 or even .0005 or .005
with 1 billion out there. The R/S must happen, get reporting, the company must get on track and produce good revenue and solid story. With investment $ and IR and this combo that is a winning formula that will defeat this downward trend you speak of. What of the buyers of the stock??

The company needs to raise capital bottom line. This will enable them to do it.
