This whole fiasco taught him what a POS Tecco was trying to do an end run share grab, but it is being taken care of, NV has and the TA which is NOT gagged are aware of what happened and are fixing the problem. NV had not updated their info in a timely fashion or the filing would not have even made it to the point it had, the TA is not issuing any shares based on the wrong info, as soon as NV tells Normand that this is settled we will hear from him, in the mean time it is a buying opportunity while people are selling, buy the fear.
