Interesting development insofar as Synthon is not one of the big names in generic drugs. If they’re lucky, they might get an FDA response by 2016.

Another company with some IP on Copaxone would be ScinoPharm. I believe Watson owns a good chunk of this private Taiwanese company.

They've got a few patents and applications with respect to analyzing and synthesizing Glatiramer Acetate.
