Okay maybe that is stretching the point a bit, but the point is we don't even honor our own accords. We do what we want and then turn around and accuse Saddamn of not living up to some UN resolution. So my original question remains if Iraq has to abide by UN resolutions should the US abide by the decisions of the Security Council? Does the US have the right to invade Iraq if the Security Council says no?

PS Ed I think some of that money goes to pure research. I think some of that money goes into prevention and protection.
I also think some of that money goes into the manufacture of WMD.
