Rising Star, the Mexican company referenced in yesterday's PR, is supposedly a subsidiary of CRWV. I say supposedly because they claim to have acquired it back in 2009, but it didn't appear in their OTCMarkets filings until much later.

Check the filings, and be sure to click on "all" or you won't get the ones they tried to hide.
