I tend to agree with WallStreet here. That being said, there's got to be tremendous pressure on all parties to get this POR done, particularly given Rosen's tight timeframe. If there's no settlement, the court will need to rule on the LTW priority status, and almost regardless that would upend the POR (at this point, any real change is going to harm a particular constituancy).

Out of any attorney of the attorneys involved, I'm glad to have Steinberg on our side. Now way he rolls over and plays dead here, and I'm sure the others all realize he's a formidable opponent. I don't see why he'd ever agree to let the LTWs take a significant haircut given how well the trial went (good witnesses, good facts, possibly good law). Let the game playing begin on Monday.
