THEORY is a poorly defined word ...

as used in Science classes and in the media.

Einstein used THEORY in place of HYPOTHESIS
in his ... THEORY OF RELATIVITY ... in 1905.
About 15 years latter, many of his HYPOTHESES
were empirically proven (a beam of Light is
bent by Gravity, etc).

But what is called ... CELL THEORY ... in Biology
is proven Scientific Knowledge, so it should be
called CELL SCIENCE ... .
