SEC prohibits Pollack from acting as an officer or director of a public company

So why should Pollack as an investor (even no proof for that) be a problem for that new company???
In post 5874 you suggest him as being involved, this post could be misleading!
If you don´t suggest that this post is totally "off-topic"!
I could also post links about a lot of people followed by SEC not involved in SATM/GESI...
