Go back and listen to Strochak try to st-st-st-stutter his way around his convoluted and disjointed arguments. Try to remember what Robt. Johnson's 7 points were. I'll bet you can't. These 2 clowns sounded like they couldn't tell their assh.oles from their elbows on a bet.




On the one hand, you say this will be decided on the merits and then turn around and base it on the theatrics.

Rest assured, while court performances may sway juries, they are a lot less likely to have any impact on a bench trial. This will be decided on the pleadings, facts, statutes, and relevant case law. Nothing more, nothing less. Stuttering won't much matter when the opinion is written.
