My average cost is about $7 in RMBS and I agree it makes sense to add more under $7. Unfortunately sometimes news (usually after hours or when I'm busy) really slams this stock down hard, but of course it tends to bounce back relatively well. The lawsuits could go on for years, but in the meanwhile, it is a profitable company with plenty of $$ on hand, no debt and they are actually hiring to keep up with demands of new business. Do you think there is no basis to the FTC's accusation? If the charge sticks, RMBS will fall faster than you can say, "Enron."
