because it seems 1 share of WAMPQ = 530 shares of WAMUQ in the newCo

why would someone not exchange their Q's for P's??? actually i am contemplating on what i should do.

I can only see the one way benefit from Q's to P's but dont see the reason to stay in Q's

I think the best option if you already own shares at this point is to hold them. However, if you're looking to purchase new shares to hold through the conversion to NewCo shares, no one can deny, based on the the POR, that WAMPQs are hands down the best purchase at the current prices.
