Well, we all know that, what some are saying is with shares being returned to teasury after possible law suit award share price increase gets a step closer. The company mentioned this as a future goal and yes, it's possible in the future a year or so from now if they choose to do so, even if they do not, in my opinion if they get awarded law suit we will be just as happy if the company were to only buy-back shares.

No one thinks PPJE is going to move to Amex at the Current time but we do believe so in the near future 6 months-1 year is possible with the winning of the law suit other wise it will take lot longer but still possible long term the company is growing at that is FACT! and In 2007, the U.S. spent $2.26 trillion on health care and is growing more and more with each year so this business doesn't disappear !the bigger PBS gets the bigger ppje gets the faster it can grow and more $$$$ it can make
