Solomon has articulated an "exit" point; namely, the sub spinouts to an Asian exchange, where values will presumably be much more properly valued. And he's articulated the road map to get there.
He's defined goals toward getting there, which he is meeting, almost entirely.
The company is currently a pink sheet, in an untrusted sector, facing tax loss selling.
But it is also executing its business plans, growing each segment on plan, with triple digit growth in revenues and profits. NTA per share is rising quickly. Plans are moving toward independent directors, Sarbanes-Oxley compliant accounting, bulletin board listing and beyond, as well as increased PR and road shows. And there is a dividend.
Again, I'm just curious what you'd like to see him do. How would you attract institutional, long term thinking ownership?
