Ever look at it this way,? the P+D profit Rick and the supposed debt holders (I use that term loosely)enjoyed while shareholders were locked during the forward split?, could be another benefit down the road.
Since the majority of people won't have the motivation to obtain their shares, go thru the paperwork, the tradable/O/S will be manageable,perhaps the div will be null and void when PTEL, ultimately ceases operations, and he tries to sell the shell or come up with another P+D idea.
