I'm not sure exactly what it means, but the part about it being completed is what I like. That sounds like a very confusing chapter in the SDVI/GRAFF book is about to be closed. Where we go from there should be interesting.
I am 90% sure that it was talking about restructuring of management. We have been advised of no other restructuring of the company. The merger could be months down the road IMO.. We are a Pinkie that almost went down to $0.0001..
If you merge the SDVI/GRAFF shares right now without establishing the companies value ... We might end up wishing the process had been delayed.
