I know the risk. I don't need a "pinky shareholder rights" bill enacted to save me from myself.

Trade charts well and you will never complain about a pinksheet stock again. Remove emotion.

Stay away from high A/S no bid stocks. Unless you want to become an instant bagholder.

Buy stocks in which insiders own plenty of commons.
