it took me a few years to understand
exactly *why* the sec could never implement
the incredibly simple yet imo effective
suggestion put forth by former senator ted kaufman

if obama wins re-election the best thing he could do
is toss mary schapiro out on her ass and have kaufman
become sec chairman .. unless of course he too has been
captured in the last year or so (referencing kaufman)

interview with kaufman worth watching considering the interviewee
is the master fomenter himself ..

a very simple *uniform* system that is consistent .. specific
to a hard locate with shares actually taken out of the system

Maybe a miracle will happen and the SEC will actually start enforcing it's own rules........

Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! Every time the SEC enforces it's own rules I'm on the short end of the stick. And don't get me started on FINRA bunch of good for nothing -ç_è-'(é&ing aholes

I cringe every time a new rule comes out to "protect" the individual investor.

Somewhere at the SEC must be a thesorus that says protect is the same as screw.
