Not everyone, I bought at the height of price during the PSC push and have averaged down to .0058 pps and am now in the green. Although, I had a big chance to buy right after the R/S and did not jump in, or my average would have been much lower. I have never had a good experience with a r/s and did not want to add to my position. I am hoping this r/s will be different, so far so good.
I disagree. Most everyone I know is green here now. Almost all long term longs averaged down enough to go green by now. Not all, but most did average down and are now green!
