You are attempting to insert a value that denies the objective of "supply and demand" and that action is illegal. You are also attempting to fix the stock market and assert your defined value on an unknown variable that is yet to be realized. That in it's self is stock manipulation.

I have Ameritrade account summary as of 1-26-07 shwing my shares valued at .15

I also found my hard copy trade confirmations with trade date, settlement date, cusip #, etc. from Aug 2005 (knew I had them somewhere).
