To help the company contact Lorsch and ask him to reconsider the type of p/r he is putting out. He should announce accomplishments, not what might happen some day if everything goes perfectly. If he disagrees with this advice, tell him to look at the stock price again and how much of his company he is giving away every month at 2 and 3 cents a share.
