I have a been through a few SDVI audit announcements and still nothing. If they stop with the excuses and start treating shareholders like they have a brain, we will move up. I have always stated that SDVI is a very un-complicated company and looks to be the case now. Audits are complete with the info the firm receives. If the auditor cannot complete them, it is on the company, not the firm imo. Or pick another auditor IF it isn't on you. Business is business. Nothing personal.

It depends if gamestop was just trying to get rid of the reader inventory, or if we were part if that markdown in an effort to move more product.

Typically we would bill the distributor then the retailer would buy from the distributor..... At least in my space.

There has been a new country democratically formed in less time than this company took to do audits (Southern Sudan)

We've also started and finished a war in less time than it's take the company to do audits.

How many countries have toppled their gov'ts in less time than it's take to do the Audits at SDVI.

I'm coming up on a year of owning a company I know nothing about (Graffiti) w/o even a newsletter to say what's actually happening.

imo wait until after the press releases and until a dividend is paid in cash to invest.
