What's in the news forward-looking, what happened too PPS before and after, current A/D, rumors, etc.

The notice of 'intent' for exploration is pretty much a set up for further news, right? 'right'.
On expectations of that news, looking-forward it ran too about .0078 among rumors/chatter, etc.
High of .0095 11/02

Since then it settled down to a low of .0018 12/08, and how long has it been since news? Part of the lookie equation.

Sudden jumps in the A/D line are also important

Along with sudden jumps usually follow a huge 10day avg. volume change.
Friday .0025 14.1 million verses 3.2 million volume 10dayavg
On 11/30 the 10day avg volume 'evened out'.
Then after 12/01 significant changes started too occur 10day
The price was heading south but the a/d was heading north
MM's recovering [or whatever us knuckleheads] want too call it was taking place.
Then using the 1_month Accumulation/Distribution chart
A/D 12/08 a negative -5.48million
A/D 12/09 end of day? a positive 3.69 million
That's about a 9.17 million turn around as the PPS started too show strong signs of moving off the .0018 low with a bit of force.

It does look like the time for a good play and maybe more.
