Not sure what that indicates? indirect sell? and direct buy? same day?

We determined on the IV Board that, for some obscure reason, he transferred 15,000 shares out of his IRA account and into his Personal taxable account. Still can't figure out why he would do that, but apparently for some kind of tax planning reason.

Looks like he just move the shares from an IRA to a taxable account.
