Oh - so when we bombed a wedding party in Afghanistan what was that - collateral damage? A mistake naturally but why don't we know how many civilians in afghanistan have been killed? We know there have been thousands so how did they die? What makes you so sure that they weren't considered acceptable collateral damage by using air instead of ground troops.
