You asked a question about if 9/11 was justified. I responded with - Targeting civilians to attack is never justified. I then asked do you know of any countries that don't target civilians -which really is the point of my question. We supposedly live in a civilized world and we can't come up with a country, when they go to war, that will not target civilians.
