I think that's a valid point. I may go slap down some .03's later this week. I will sleep on it. Maybe I'll slap down some .040's next week after .03's this week.

LU-SI looks good. Over 75% of my penny stock watch list has less than $1,000 dollar vol. Here we are sitting on $3.5k $ volume so far. So, in comparison with other otc stocks, it's a good day here.

Nobody's posting anything about revenue because the company is nearly a month late in filing. No 10-Q since August. Revenue in 2Q11 was $863. LUSI issued press releases earlier this year about LOIs to acquire companies, but as is the norm with management those LOIs never closed.
The only thing that can explain the current activity is a pump-and-dump promotion, just the latest of several that's occurred with this stock. What goes up will surely come down.

Last time when the stock hit 0.08 there was no sell off till the sell off "-)

from 0.08 -0.015 , waiting to see 0.08 or any type of seriouys volume, not seeing it.

one other thing missing in all this, where is the company?

Most likely we will not see the sell off till we see volume, same as last time :-)
