No it's not!!! Buys are ramping up and hardly anyone is selling at 5's. 6's will be gone and 7's will hit all afternoon IMO. Especially with news tomorrow, for all we know it is a very profitable company trying to expand to all the other 15 states and the easiest way to do it is to incorporate.
