It was a surprise. They let me sell and my account showed the charges around 4 days later. I complained to INIX and TD and they gave me some money back. They charged me $75 for each MM it took to transfer my shares. I sold around 2 million and there were 4 charges since it took 4 MM's to sell these shares around .0015,16 a while back.
Hard lesson learned. I just wish someone would have notified me of this issue.
